Tattoo Shops. You must be a certified tattoo artist to order
from Outlaw Irons.
Inventory
If a machine is out of inventory, please allow
2 weeks for shipping.
Custom Orders
Custom machines take 4 to 6 weeks to ship.
Ship to / Bill to:
In order to protect customers and ourselves from fraud, we do not
allow the ship to / bill to address to be different when ordering
with a credit card. If you need an order shipped somewhere other
than your billing address, please call to arrange this.
Credit Cards:
Your address must
precisely match the "billing address" of your credit card.
This address is usually the same address your bank sends your credit
card bills to. If this billing address was not verified, we will ask that you re-order with the correct
address. You can also contact your bank to add an address to your
account if you want to send it to another location, then reorder. International orders.
Yes, we ship internationally. However note that duties, customs
and/or brokerage fees may apply to international orders, these fees
are the responsibility of the customer. This is an additional fee
charged by the courier companies and/or government agencies NOT
Outlaw Irons. For details of these potential charges, please contact
your countries government agency. We cannot be responsible for
customs delays. International orders should be paid by credit
card.
Types of payment methods
Check / Money Order: A money order payment will be shipped
upon receipt. A payment by check or money order will be sent only
after it is received and clears (usually 3 days after deposit).
Paypal: You must have a verified / confirmed account for us
to accept payment. If we receive a payment from an unverified or
unconfirmed account, we will credit it back to you and cancel the
order. We do this to protect against fraud.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We at Outlaw Irons want you to be satisfied with your order. If for
any reason you are unsatisfied with the products or their quality,
we will allow you to return all unused products for a store credit.
- Returns will have the shipping cost subtracted from the refund
- Please inform us prior to returning items
We work with all of our customers to ensure they are satisfied with
their purchases from Outlaw Irons. If you are having troubles with
any of the equipment, please let us know.
